Travel through the metamorphosis of a character, a captivating artistic experience that explores shifts in context within our contemporary society. It tells a story about the roles we assign ourselves depending on the places in which we evolve, roles that shape our habits. It’s a fairly logical process, yet one that deserves to be questioned. This project is composed of large-scale paintings on twelve recycled supports, each with its own materiality. In some works, holes embedded in the wood invite the character to look outward, as if seeking to escape (2) or being forced to do so (3).
