Les Danseurs originated in public spaces, where the first bodies began to move instinctively. Their lively, fragmented movements convey the essence of both the place and the body, considered in its dual physical and symbolic dimensions. This early form of dance, free and immediate, emerged as a direct response to the urban environment.
This same momentum is then extended to other media, such as paper or wood. The gesture retains its fluidity and intensity, capturing the energy of a moment rather than the form of a frozen movement. Whether observed or not, the dancing body remains an autonomous act, free from any external constraints, where the trace left behind becomes the memory of the movement.
